About the Role Redhorse Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Project Analyst II to provide crucial analytical and management support to the Federal Facilities Division (FFD) within the Washington Headquarters Service's Facilities Services Directorate. This position offers a unique opportunity to directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of federal facilities operations, working on high-impact projects that contribute to the smooth functioning of government services. You will be a key contributor in evaluating program effectiveness, analyzing operational efficiency, and presenting data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform analysis and provide advice to management on evaluating the effectiveness of branch, division, and directorate programs and operations.
  • Analyze the productivity and efficiency of individual organizational programs and projects.
  • Consult with senior leadership on business needs, translating those needs into analytical and reporting requirements.
  • Interface with internal and external customers to ensure successful delivery of requirements.
  • Stay abreast of current industry standards, trends, and innovations in information analytics and reporting.
  • Advise on work methods, practices, and procedures, supporting senior leadership in identifying viable solutions.
  • Perform analysis and evaluative research (qualitative and/or quantitative) to assess program development or execution and improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Develop presentations and reports for branch/division leadership.
  • Analyze data and prepare draft analyses for customer review.
  • Prepare visual aids for presentations, including videos and other supporting materials.
Required Experience/Clearance
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently or under general direction.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of experience; OR
  • 12 years of experience (in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree); OR
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification (in lieu of experience).
Desired Experience
  • Experience with data analysis software and tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience in Federal Government contracting or operations.
  • Knowledge of federal facility management practices and regulations.
  • Experience leading or participating in process improvement initiatives.
