Job Description

As our new Project Coordinator, you will be part of the Product Portfolio team. Reporting to the Lead Product Delivery Manager you will play a key role in shaping the future of our award-winning games and managing it throughout their lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of project proposals, timeframes, and schedules.
  • Assisting with the management of project resources, timelines, deliveries, and risks.
  • Monitoring and tracking project progress and issue handling.
  • Acting as the point of contact and communicating project status adequately between all participants and stakeholders.
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive project plans and reports.
  • Reporting and escalating to management as needed.
  • Accounting for any licensing software (licensing rules, changes, usage of licenses) and team’s office equipment needed in the project.
  • Reporting to the Delivery Lead on the prognosis of resources needed and monitoring effective usage, such as reporting on estimates and time spent.
  • Coordinate cross-team, cross-location work plans and deliveries.

To succeed in this role you should have:

  • Academic degree in IT/Telecommunications/Project management and IT knowledge preferred or a longer-term work experience in the Information technology sector, project management, and team lead experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management.
  • Knowledge of project methodology and stages of a project (for example Agile, LeSS, SAFe, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Knowledge of fluent English is required, as the company is international and it is necessary to communicate in English with foreign colleagues on a daily basis.
  • Up-to-date skills using office and project management software tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including presentation skills.
  • A high sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability in your approach and ability to operate independently, and as part of a team.
  • Project management certification is preferred.
