We're looking for a manager who wants to build expert teams and help them make successful products. We believe that a manager's role is to improve the world around them. Tasks

Ensuring the successful development and implementation of product growth strategies
Building and leading teams: performance reviews, professional development support, hiring
Production management: creating and developing processes and overseeing their efficiency

Requirements

Experience in managerial, leadership, or product positions in game development companies
Exceptional understanding of the principles and processes of product management
Experience assessing and developing a team
Fluency in Russian
