Job Details
Illumination is seeking an experienced Project Manager, Creative for style guide creation, Global Softlines product development, and Gaming to join our Marketing team. This unique role combines extraordinary organization skills with an eye toward details and creative deliverables. This position will guide, collaborate and communicate daily with a dynamic creative team at Illumination, Illumination Studios Paris and our partners at Universal as well as potential partners and agencies.
Style Guide / Global Softlines Product Development:
- Partner with Creative leads to ensure seamless management and tracking of global film & franchise guides from inception to final assets delivery
- Manage the development process of logos, character poses, patterns, graphics, design, patterns, product samples, etc.
- Help facilitate and manage Global Softlines product development submissions
- Maintain current project list/job status sheet for all style guide project
- Support the management of workload of internal design team and outside vendors
- Track deliverables against production timelines & schedulesCommunicate delivery dates to key stakeholders
Creative Budget:
- Track Creative expenses for all projects
- Request estimates from vendors and create Cost Summaries
- Process invoices
The salary range for this position is $90,000-$95,000/year. We rely on market indicators to determine compensation and an offer will consider various factors including experience, qualifications, skills, and training.
