Must have:
  • NZIV and/or AAPI with CPV qualification
  • At least 2 years of overall valuation experience
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Logical thinker with an analytical mindset
  • Willingness to travel and explore new horizons

We are excited to be growing our valuation team at Marsh Valuation Services! We are on the lookout for a passionate and talented Property Valuer to join our expanding team in New Zealand.  This role can be based anywhere in New Zealand and we would like to discuss the role with Property Valuers of all levels of experience.

We will count on you to: 

  • Conduct diverse valuations across various property types, including commercial, industrial, educational, and specialized properties.

  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. 

  • Travel nationally and across the Pacific to meet clients and expand your professional network. 

  • Collaborate with the team to develop innovative strategies that enhance business relationships and grow our portfolio. 

What you need to have: 

  • NZIV and/or AAPI with CPV qualification (or similar) and at least 2 years of overall valuation experience. Experience in insurance and financial reporting is a plus. 

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 

  • A logical thinker with an analytical mindset who thrives in both independent and team settings. 

  • A willingness to travel and explore new horizons!
