Job Description

SciPlay seeks a meticulous QA Engineer for their live operations. Responsibilities include manual testing of mobile and web applications, collaborating with Product, Monetization, and Configurations teams to test campaigns, game features, and economy, working with NoSQL and SQL databases, maintaining live game stability, performing regression testing, and conducting UI/configuration tests. The ideal candidate possesses proven manual QA experience in a live operations environment, proficiency in JSON and mobile/web testing methodologies, strong database familiarity, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Position Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Full Hands-On Manual QA Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our live operations deliveries across mobile and web platforms. This role will involve collaborating closely with Product, Monetization, and Configurations teams to configure and test assets-based campaigns, game features, economy, and segmentation tasks while maintaining a stable live game environment.

Key Responsibility:

Perform thorough manual testing of mobile and web applications to ensure functionality, usability, and reliability.
Collaborate with Product, Monetization, and Configurations teams to understand testing requirements and priorities.
Configure and test assets-based campaigns, game features, economy, and segmentation tasks.
Work closely with NoSQL and SQL structured databases for testing purposes.
Monitor and maintain the stability of the live game environment, promptly addressing any issues that arise.
Perform routine testing tasks as required, including regression testing and bug verification.
Have a keen eye for detail, conducting UI and configuration tests to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Manual QA Tester in a live operations environment.
Proficiency in JSON and experience with mobile and web testing methodologies.
Strong familiarity with NoSQL and SQL structured databases.
Experience in testing mobile and web applications across different platforms.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Dependable and responsible, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
Willingness to work flexible hours.
Strong attention to detail, particularly in UI and configuration testing.
