R&D Solution Architect

We are seeking a R&D Solution Architect to oversee a portfolio of projects in R&D space across different Virtuos studios. This is an ambitious role with considerable technical challenges.  

 We are seeking a candidate with technical background, innovative mind & excellent communication skills ideally from game AAA or AI/large tech environment. 

• In-depth understanding of current trends & solutions in on-premise, hybrid, cloud development relevant to AI (ML/DL) & game dev. AWS Experience and AWS Solution Architecture Professional Certificate is a plus 

• Successful track record of release of AA/AAA games or technical projects of similar scale 

• Understanding of complexities of software delivery at scale and relevant security principles 

• Highly responsible, self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with a desire to contribute to a creative environment. 

• Outstanding organization, communication and exceptional management skills/leadership. 

• Working knowledge of SCRUM and Agile practices. 

• Proven ability to communicate effectively within a large project across multiple locations. 

• Knowledge of technical issues in software development (ideally in games), previous experience and/or interest in driving AI (ML/DL) development 

• Strong interpersonal skills, utilizing both oral and written communication. 

• Proactive and positive attitude with the willingness to support the team and project. 

• Strong leadership skills, able to drive various parties (e.g. Development, Art, ML/DL, Game teams) through the whole development process. 

• Fluent English language skills.
