Our team is looking for a talented Recruiter.
What you’ll do:
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles at different levels.
- Develop and implement effective hiring strategies.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with candidates and proactively build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, provide recruitment insights, and assess candidates.
What we’re looking for:
- At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle IT recruitment.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Strong collaboration skills when working with hiring managers and leadership.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and quickly adapt to evolving business needs.
- Proficiency in using CRM/ATS recruitment systems.
Would be a great bonus:
- Experience in the gaming industry or understanding of game development processes.
- Knowledge of labor market trends and insights into hiring for game studios.
- Experience in international recruitment and candidate relocation.
- Strong competency-based interviewing skills, including behavioral assessment techniques.
