About the role:
We are currently transforming Sinch HR, to be fit for purpose for the future. This includes the design of new global HR processes, implementation of new HR technology and improved ways of working, with the establishment of a Global HR Operations capability.
To strengthen HR Operations, we are now looking for a senior Regional HR Operations leader responsible for APAC/EMEA region, an excellent opportunity to influence and shape the delivery of future HR services at Sinch.
Key responsibility areas:
The Regional HR Operations Manager for APAC/EMEA is responsible for the daily management of the team to ensure proficiency, quality, and efficient delivery of global, standardized HR services to employees and managers.
HR Operations Services
• Responsible for the daily operations of the APAC/EMEA Regional HR Operations team, ensuring high-quality and cost-efficient support.
• The team will support all employees and managers globally, so not only the APAC/EMEA region, and have a close collaboration with the team in Americas to ensure professional support globally.
• Ensuring timely and accurate responses to employee and manager inquiries and requests. Oversee service levels, manage escalations and providing training and support to the team.
• Securing the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of HR data, including adherence to legal and regulatory requirements and supporting the organization in maintaining best practices in data governance.
• Ensure adherence towards global processes/services.
• Actively function as an HR Service Center Specialist and/or HR Data Management Specialist.
Leadership
• Contribute to develop the Global HR Operations delivery as part of the Global HR Operations management team.
• Lead the regional APAC/EMEA team by providing professional leadership, building a strong global team and providing opportunities for growth and a sustainable work environment. Must have experience of leading and managing teams globally.
• Ensure the daily delivery by securing manning and competences to meet the teams' priorities and objectives.
• Work in close relationship with the other Regional HR Operations Manager, together delivering full global services in an efficient and qualitative way.
• Work closely with COP’s and HR Business Partners to secure efficient, first-class support.
About You:
To be successful in the role you have a real passion for customer service, leadership and you love working in a global environment.
Experience needed:
• Should be an MBA – HR from a recognized institution.
• Min 15+ years of experience into HR domain and 3-4 years’ experience into HR Service delivery profile.
• Genuine experience from HR broadly, and from leading an HR service delivery team, with high-quality and cost-efficient customer services.
• Experience working in an international context, leading teams across multiple countries, handling complex systems.
• Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in using HR systems and working with process improvements.
Required competencies
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, processes, and policies.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
• Strong leadership to build capabilities, teams, and engagement.
• Problem-solving skills and discretion with sensitive issues.
• Expertise in HR data, laws and regulations, compliance and audits.
