The Regional Office Manager sits in the Raleigh, NC office and ensures that office operations for the Raleigh, NC, Atlanta, GA, and Dallas, TX offices are running smoothly. This position handles various vendor relationships related to office management including, but not limited to office supply vendors, breakroom and hospitality vendors, as well as building management. This position partners with multiple departments across these offices including Human Resources, Accounting, Customer Service, Sports Experiences, and IT to understand their infrastructure and office needs. This position helps establish the needed infrastructure, process and communication to support our teams across the Raleigh, Atlanta, and Dallas offices.
Priorities can often change in our fast-paced environment, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Manage applicable office budgets and ensure vendor invoices are input and accounts managed as appropriate
Coordinate and facilitate arrangements for all visitors.
Manage Office communications and updates.
Plan and execute various in-house or off-site activities, in support of office community efforts (i.e. celebrations or community services projects) or business activities (e.g. meetings) in collaboration with committees.
Responsible for placing catering orders for office activities as required.
Manages office supplies including inventory, ordering and budget tracking.
Orders office furniture and furnishing as needed.
Creates onsite supply boxes to support event teams in Raleigh going on-site with needed materials.
Assigns and manages floor plans in collaboration with HR and applicable Operations team.
Assists with distribution of mail & packages delivered to the Raleigh office.
FedEx shipments, troubleshooting with in office equipment/printers and communicates with contacts as needed to resolve shipping issues locally and internationally.
Maintains the office environment, serves as a liaison to VP of corporate facilities and building management, regarding lease and necessary repairs/updates to the office.
Builds and maintains relationships with internal partners to successfully complete office related projects.
Additional projects as necessary.
