Job Summary
Job Description
The Safe Agile Scrum Master is responsible for mentoring and educating Scrum Teams and Product Owners. This role involves facilitating Agile events, such as Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies. The Scrum Master must communicate effectively with other teams within the train and identify potential backlogs. Encouraging the adoption of quality practices and aligning Agile objectives are also key responsibilities. Furthermore, the Scrum Master builds a motivated team, facilitates the agile team's adoption of SAFe, and learns Lean techniques to improve value flow. Planning and executing Program Increments (PI) and guiding others in understanding SAFe, Scrum Values, and principles are critical aspects of this role.
Must have:
- SAFe training and financial acumen is preferred.
- Experience in dealing with vendors to ensure deliverables.
- Educate and mentor Scrum Teams and Product Owners.
- Facilitate Agile events, including ART ceremonies.
- Communicate with other teams involved in the train.

- Learning Lean techniques: The SAFe Scrum Master learns a wide range of Lean techniques and tools to improve the flow of value in their agile teams.
- Planning and executing Program Increment (PI): The SAFe Scrum Master plans and executes the Program Increment (PI), which is used to bring alignment throughout a SAFe organization.
- Guiding others: The SAFe Scrum Master guides others in the organization to understand SAFe, Scrum Values, practices, and principles.
