This position is for a practice opportunity at Marsh's Corporate & Sales team in Madrid. The selected candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, gathering information, and assisting senior consultants. Responsibilities include seeking new business opportunities, analyzing company information, making phone calls to potential clients, accompanying senior consultants to commercial meetings, and preparing reports. The ideal candidate will gain firsthand experience in the needs of the market, which is essential for leading any business. The role is for full-time. The candidate will be a part of the Sales and Corporate team and will be working under the banner #BetterTogether.
Must have:
  • Last year of Bachelor's degree (Law/Business or Economics)
  • Intermediate level of English proficiency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Initiative and a high sense of responsibility
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Interpersonal skills for communication with clients and teams

Contaremos contigo para:
•    Contactad con potenciales clientes, generando oportunidades de reunión y aportando información relevante para el desarrollo de la misma. Esto te permitirá conocer y aplicar la metodología comercial en su conjunto.
•    Búsqueda y análisis de información relevante acerca de las compañías a contactar
•    Realización de contacto telefónico con las empresas (potenciales clientes) proporcionadas para cierre de visitas
•    Acompañamiento a los consultores Senior a reuniones comerciales agendadas
•    Realización de informes
•    Conocer de primera mano las necesidades del mercado, visión esencial para liderar cualquier negocio.


Lo que necesitas tener:
•    Último año de Grado o doble Grado (Derecho/ADE o Económicas) (se necesita jornada completa y la incorporación es lo antes posible)
•    Nivel intermedio de inglés.
•    Dominio paquete Office (Outlook, Excel y PowerPoint)
•    Tener iniciativa y un sentido alto de la responsabilidad.
•    Capacidad para priorizar actividades teniendo múltiples tareas y lograr llevarlas a término en los plazos previstos.
•    Habilidades interpersonales para comunicarse con clientes y diferentes equipos de la compañía.
•    Proactividad y ganas de aprender
