経営層に電話およびEmailにて直接アプローチし、顧客の経営課題、実現したい内容などをヒアリングし
確度の高い新規ビジネス案件の創出、パイプラインの創出が主となる業務です。
ただご面談のお約束をいただいて日程調整を行うアポ隊ではありません!

【キャリアパス】
・当部門の役割は、新規案件の発掘の他に「将来のトップセールスの育成」という重要な役割を担っています。
・インサイドセールスの社員のうち、新卒3年目以内、中途採用の多くがIT業界未経験者です。当社が誇るトレーニングプログラムで、ビジョンセリング、IT法人営業としての基礎業界を学びながら、アカウント営業(外勤営業)を目指していただきます。
・約1年〜2年、当部門にて実績をあげた後、アカウントセールス(外勤営業)としての活躍を期待しています。

【必須(MUST)】
・無形商材の法人営業経験を4年以上持つ方
・目標達成意欲を持つ方(未達成のときは悔しいと思える方)
・リーダとしての何らかの経験を有する方
・IT営業としてのキャリア形成を強く希望している方

【歓迎(WANT)】
・経営者レベルとの折衝経験
・CRMを使っていた経験
・自己成長意欲が高い方
・オープンで積極的なコミュニケーションをとれる方
・金融/製造/流通/医療/小売/デジテルマーケティング領域などの業界知識をお持ちの方
