Salesforce Business Analyst with 3-7 years of experience in CRM, Salesforce user know-how, and Sales/Service Cloud expertise. Strong understanding of Customer processes in Marketing, Sales, Pricing, and Service. Excellent English skills are a must, business fluent German is a plus.

Job Description & Summary

A career within Salesforce services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients leverage Salesforce technology to enhance their customer experiences, enable sustainable change, and drive results. We focus on understanding our client’s challenges and developing custom solutions powered by Salesforce to transform their sales, service and marketing capabilities by exploring data and identifying trends, managing customer life cycles, strategically building and leveraging online communities, driving employee engagement and collaboration, and connecting directly with channel partners to share goals, objectives, and activities in a secure, branded location.

  • Moderation of requirement workshops, requirements analysis & engineering, supporting process analysis & design, user story creation & prioritization.
  • Good understanding of typical Customer processes in Marketing, Sales, Pricing, and Service such as Market-to-Lead, Lead-to-Order, Order-to-Cash, Issue-to-Resolution.
  • Good understanding of eCommerce incl. customer expectations and their implications on backend requirements incl. CPQ.
  • Good understanding of the potential and impact of digitization and of AI on Customer processes.
  • Intrinsic motivation to create better customer and user experiences.
  • Proficient in interacting directly with client stakeholders. Excellent English skills a must, business fluent German a plus.
