The Sales Manager - Agency Division will be responsible for managing a portfolio of media agencies and driving the adoption of Teads' advertising solutions. This role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, providing strategic consultancy, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver optimal results. The ideal candidate will recommend tailored media solutions aligned with client objectives, negotiate partnerships, and exceed sales targets. The role also requires a deep understanding of the media and advertising landscape and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Must have:
  • 4+ years of sales, business development, or account management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the media and advertising ecosystem.
Good to have:
  • Experience in online video solutions is a plus.

About Job

Teads is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing Agency division. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of media agencies, driving the adoption of our full-funnel advertising solutions with some of the biggest brands in the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, becoming a trusted partner.
  • Maintain a regular presence with clients through meetings, presentations, and events.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Provide strategic consultancy and deliver high-quality client service.
  • Recommend tailored media solutions that align with client objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Insights, Creative Studio, Account Management, Platform, etc.) to deliver optimal results.
  • Negotiate and establish long-term joint business partnerships.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.

Your Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally in digital media or advertising.
  • Strong knowledge of the media and advertising ecosystem, with a passion for industry trends and innovation.
  • Experience in online video solutions is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, dynamic, and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to adapt, collaborate, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ambitious and driven, with a desire to excel in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
