Job Description

The Sales Manager in Poland will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to drive market penetration and revenue growth. This role involves leading and mentoring the sales team, building relationships with key customers, and managing pricing discussions. The Sales Manager will also analyze market trends, align cross-functional teams, and foster a high-performance sales culture. This position requires a deep understanding of sales, hospital purchasing processes, reimbursement frameworks, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills, along with the ability to analyze data and develop actionable sales strategies.
Must have:
  • 8+ years of sales experience in Neurovascular or Peripheral.
  • Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken).
  • Experience in account segmentation and sales targeting.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Good to have:

Your Responsibilies

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive market penetration, revenue growth, and sustainable business expansion.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team, ensuring continuous coaching, performance evaluation, and career growth opportunities.
  • Implement effective account segmentation and targeting strategies to optimize sales efforts and maximize business potential across different customer groups.
  • Engage directly with key customers and business partners, building long-term relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and optimize pricing and reimbursement discussions, collaborating with healthcare providers, payers, and regulatory bodies to enhance market access.
  • Leverage market intelligence and data analytics to assess competitor strategies, industry trends, and customer needs, ensuring an informed and proactive approach.
  • Align cross-functional teams, including marketing, regulatory, finance, and customer service, to enhance sales effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • Drive a strong sales culture, fostering teamwork, accountability, and a high-performance mindset within the organization.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Medical Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years in sales within Neurovascular or Peripheral is a must.
  • Prefered: 2-5 years of successfully managing, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Experience in account segmentation, sales targeting, and strategic account development.
  • Deep understanding of hospital purchasing processes, reimbursement frameworks, and regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills to drive pricing and sales agreements.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, forecast market trends, and develop actionable sales strategies.
  • Fluency in Polish and English (both written and spoken).
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% within Poland and internationally as needed.
