As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for developing, planning, coordinating, and delivering training programs for all sales employees. This includes needs analysis, content development, training delivery, communication, optimization, and outcome assessment. You will also be responsible for aligning the Enverus sales organization behind a clearly defined sales process, ensuring the productivity of sales teams by partnering with Sales Leaders, aiding in the execution of an engaging onboarding program, developing curriculum and certifications, reinforcing the Sales Playbook, managing the sales content library, creating and curating internal content, and possessing a deep knowledge of sales tools and software. You'll manage Sales enabling tools & technologies providing first-line support and assist sales managers with monitoring proper utilization and tracking of these tools and processes to ensure accurate reporting data for the organization.
