The Senior Account Executive will drive new business in the India region, leveraging their network and demonstrating product value in a fast-paced SaaS sales environment. Responsibilities include owning business targets, building customer relationships, giving product demos, closing deals, and managing Salesforce data. The role requires a consultative approach to solutioning and value-selling. The post-sales interface with customers to build long-term relationship and enhance customer satisfaction. This involves working with partners, understanding customer needs, and creating compelling value propositions, and building a pipeline.
Must have:
  • 8+ years of SaaS selling experience
  • Experience in Startup with a go-getting approach
  • Strong network and client portfolio in India
  • Conceptual understanding of APIs, Webhooks, SDKs
  • Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
Good to have:
  • Understanding of the MarTech domain
  • Number driven approach towards accounts, targets
  • Knowledge of CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on Account Executive with a strong hunter mindset to drive new business in the India region. You’ll leverage your network, demonstrate our product value, and close deals in a fast-paced SaaS sales environment. The position calls for a hands on and ownership growth mindset in growing the business.

What will you do:

- Own the business targets of key accounts patch and hunt new business from the designated patch
- Establish and build relationships with key customers/ prospects so as to understand the customer needs and create a compelling value proposition.
- Interact with prospects, give product demo, presentations and work through the sales cycle to achieve Q-o-Q sales quota.
- Build a pipeline and negotiate agreements with the prospects/ customers to close the deals.
- Work with partners and scale the business through them.
- Drive a consultative solutioning and value-selling approach while establishing thought-leadership with decision-makers.
- Manage the Salesforce data on a daily basis with meeting notes, sales funnel updation, etc.
- Maintain post sales interface with the customers to build long term relationship and enhance the customer satisfaction.

What are we looking for?

Must Have:
- At least 8 years of experience in SaaS selling
- Stronger fit exists for those having experience in working in Startup with a go-getting, hands-on approach, plugged into a hyper-growing sales organization.
- Strong network and connect in the ecosystem alongside having an experience in leading and building a client portfolio in India region.
- Conceptual understanding of APIs, Webhooks, SDKs, Cloud, and SaaS technologies required.
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.

Good to Have:
- Understanding of the MarTech domain.
- Number driven approach towards accounts, targets, regional planning and conversion rates.
- Knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce).

Measures of Success:
- Revenue Achievement (Booking, ARR)
- Revenue retention (NRR)
- Sustainable revenue growth (CAC: LTV)
