Job Description

As a Senior Account Manager (North) for Truecaller Enterprise Business, you will work with key customers across industries. You will leverage your network and build new relationships to drive adoption of enterprise products. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging with high-potential customers, primarily using outbound selling to acquire new customers, defining a target list of top brands, onboarding them, mining prospects for opportunities, mapping stakeholders to close deals, building a deal pipeline, negotiating contracts, and meeting revenue targets. This role requires a strong sales background and the ability to build relationships with customers.
Must have:
  • 7+ years of B2B/SaaS/Enterprise product sales experience
  • Track record of exceeding revenue goals consistently.
  • Experience with enterprise-grade customers across industries.
  • Experience in closing high-ARPA deals.
  • Hands-on experience with new business acquisition.
  • Experience in selling to customers in India.
  • Strong belief in a sales-led growth mindset.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills.

We at Truecaller For Business focuses on providing value to large enterprise businesses, by improving the way they communicate with their customers. They leverage the power of the Truecaller platform to grow business for enterprise customers. This ranges from controlling their appearance on Truecaller as a verified business to establishing trust over the phone, calling and messaging-based communication, by enabling trusted and contextually relevant communication with their customers. 

As Senior Account Manager (North) for Truecaller Enterprise Business, you will work with a wide segment of key customers across industries. You are expected to leverage your existing network as well as build new customer relationships to drive the adoption of our suite of enterprise products.

What you bring in: 

  • 7+ years of solid experience in value based selling of B2B/ SaaS/ Enterprise products 
  • Track record of consistently exceeding revenue goals 
  •  Must have worked with enterprise-grade customers, across industries & verticals 
  • Good experience in closing high-ARPA deals 
  • Hands-on with new business acquisition and high velocity & momentum sales cycles 
  • Well-versed in selling to customers in India, with an established CXO network across regions 
  • Passionate about selling, with a strong belief in ‘sales-led growth’ mindset 
  • Excellent at relationship building and can act as a trusted business partner to the customers

The impact you will create:

  • Identify and engage with high potential customers 
  • Primarily employ & adopt outbound selling to acquire new customers 
  • Define target list of top brands in the market, and onboard them on the Truecaller platform 
  • Continuously mine prospects in Named Accounts List to identity new opportunities 
  • Mapping key stakeholders and CXOs in the account to close deals faster 
  • Build a large deal pipeline backed with a high velocity conversion rate 
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements 
  • Accurately forecast and meet monthly revenue targets
