Marvell is technology leader in processor, networking, storage and security; offer Automotive networking product family with advanced features designed for in-vehicle networks today and future. These products have been utilized in Infotainment, Body Domain Controller, Autonomous Driving, Telematics, Vehicle Backbone Connections, and more applications.

Automotive Sales team is responsible for developing and managing key accounts, implement sales plan and secure opportunities, grow relationships and revenue in assigned accounts. The selected candidate must have a solid track record in semiconductor sales, managing complex Automotive accounts (OEM's and Tier 1 suppliers). They will be results oriented, driven by excellence and work well in a matrix environment with peers in sales, product development, marketing, services and supply chain. They should be able to influence at all levels throughout of the customer organization and internally to Marvell.

What You Can Expect

  • Fully manage accounts and develop key relationships with customers and distribution partners.
  • Initiate and implement sales plans to achieve profitable revenue growth in key automotive accounts.
  • Drive demand creation, implement platform and solution selling at key customers, and improve supplier status with local distribution partners.
  • Identify, support, and track relevant opportunities in collaboration with application engineering and product lines, managing the customer design cycle from prototyping to mass production, including competitive analysis, market intelligence, and pricing negotiations.
  • Develop relationships with customer R&D and sourcing management, coordinate support actions, and resolve sales issues.
  • Deliver product feedback to business units to ensure the customer's voice is recognized.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure global coordination of account efforts and seamless customer support coverage.

What We're Looking For

  • A BS or higher in Engineering or Computer Science.

  • Over 10 years of experience in Automotive Semiconductor sales with a proven track record in a competitive market, including distribution sales.

  • Established relationships within the Automotive industry and a history of revenue growth in the China market, with an understanding of automotive electrical and electronics systems.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration, organizational, and time-management skills, along with excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in presentation, negotiation, and closing deals.

  • Ability to work independently and within teams, with a willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

  • Experience in negotiating complex deals and navigating a multinational corporate environment is a plus, along with being resourceful and responsive to change, thriving in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.
