Job Description

As a Senior Design Lead at HCLTech, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple design teams, setting design standards, and driving innovation in the design process to ensure the design efforts align with business objectives. You'll leverage your design expertise to create user-friendly and intuitive software and products, leading a team of designers, providing guidance, and ensuring high-quality design solutions. You will also present design concepts, shape the overall design vision and strategy, and stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies. The role involves significant contributions to user experience and achieving business goals.

Job Summary
To oversee multiple design teams, set organizational design standards, and drive innovation in the design process and ensure that design efforts have a significant impact on achieving business objectives.
