Job Summary

Job Description

The primary goal of the position is to provide effective support in the processes of financial analysis, reporting, and control in collaboration with internal departments and in accordance with the requirements of the Group. The person in this position will actively participate in budgeting, forecasting, and month-end closing processes, supporting business decision-making. It will also be crucial to prepare financial analyses, corporate reports, and project valuations. Key responsibilities include collaborating with finance and accounting departments, supporting financial analysis, cost control, participating in budgeting and forecasting processes, preparing reports, and preparing monthly data in the OneStream system. The role also involves tasks related to the financial closing of the month, reporting of current results, and SOX compliance.
Must have:
  • Higher education in finance or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing company
  • Knowledge of US GAAP and accounting principles
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and OneStream
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proactive attitude
  • Goal-oriented, self-organized, and effective
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions
  • English language proficiency for communication

Job purpose

Celem stanowiska jest zapewnienie skutecznego wsparcia w procesach analizy, raportowania i kontroli finansowej we współpracy z działami wewnętrznymi oraz zgodnie z wymogami Grupy. Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie aktywnie uczestniczyć w procesach budżetowania, prognozowania i zamknięcia miesiąca, wspierając podejmowanie decyzji biznesowych. Kluczowe będzie również przygotowywanie analiz finansowych, raportów korporacyjnych oraz wycen projektów.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Zaangażowanie we współpracę z działami finansowo-księgowymi oraz innymi działami czy instytucjami.
  • Współpraca z różnymi działami w zakresie wynikającym z wykonywanych zadań – wsparcie w terminowym analizowaniu, kontrolowaniu i raportowaniu finansowym; analizy wspierające kontrolę i redukcja kosztów, inne analizy finansowe, itp.
  • Współudział w procesie budżetowania i prognozowania: terminowe przygotowywanie niezbędnych raportów i zestawień, raportowanie danych w systemie OneStream zgodnie z zasadami Grupy.
  • Realizację zadań związanych z finansowym zamykaniem miesiąca (m. in. wsparcie w procesie zamykania miesiąca; przygotowywanie niezbędnych danych – np. kalkulacje rezerw, polecenia księgowania).
  • Realizację zadań związanych z raportowaniem wyników bieżących (m. in. analizy realizacji księgowań dokumentów, analizy rozliczeń z kontrahentami; analizy odchyleń między wynikami bieżącymi, a prognozowanymi, itp.).
  • Realizację wycen nowych projektów biznesowych oraz aktualizuje i rozliczenia bieżących
  • Przygotowywanie miesięcznych danych aktualnych i prognozowanych w systemie OneStream, zgodnie z wymaganiami Grupy.
  • Realizację obowiązków wynikających z ustawy SOX.
  • Sporządzanie raportów korporacyjnych wymaganych przez Grupę.
  • Wszelkie inne analizy, działania i wsparcie, stosownie do posiadanych kompetencji.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Wykształcenie wyższe finansowe, księgowe lub pokrewne (magister lub licencjat)
  • Minimum 5-letnie doświadczenie w pracy na podobnym stanowisku w firmie produkcyjnej.
  • Ogólna znajomość przepisów US GAAP, znajomość zasad księgowości, ogólna wiedza o finansach i zarządzaniu przedsiębiorstwem produkcyjnym, uwzględniająca wzajemne wpływy i powiązania, kształtujące wyniki przedsiębiorstwa.
  • Rozwinięte zdolności analityczne.
  • Umiejętność posługiwania się aplikacjami wspierającymi – m.in. MS Office, SAP oraz OneStream.
  • Rozwinięte zdolności interpersonalne (komunikacja, współpraca w zespole, proaktywna postawa).
  • Orientacja na cele, samoorganizacja, efektywność w działaniu, umiejętność rozwiązywania problemów, zdolności decyzyjne.
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego pozwalająca na swobodną komunikację (w mowie i piśmie).
