Job Description
As a Senior Fullstack Engineer at WeMoms, you'll drive the technical execution of their app, ensuring excellent tech execution aligned with business objectives. You'll balance speed and quality, optimizing for business impact and delivering at scale. Responsibilities include optimizing for speed and MVP impact, executing the product roadmap efficiently, and ensuring quality and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate possesses strong experience in Ruby, Rails, Vue.js (or similar framework), and ideally, infrastructure/DevOps. The role requires a pragmatic, hands-on approach, bridging tech and product, while maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure.
Must have:
- Strong Ruby, Rails, Vue.js experience
- 5+ years experience in Consumer Tech or AdTech
- System & software architecture expertise
- Pragmatic decision-making
- Hands-on & Business-Oriented mindset
Good to have:
- Infra/DevOps experience

- As our Fullstack Engineer, your primary goal will be to drive the technical execution of our app.

Scope
Profile
- Tech Leadership: Proven experience preferably in Consumer Tech or AdTech, with a minimum of 5 years
- Pragmatic: Ability to make strategic, pragmatic decisions at critical moments to ensure the company’s technological needs are met efficiently
- Back end: Strong experience in Ruby, System & software architectures.
- Front end: Strong experience in Rails, Vue.js (or another front framework).
- Infra : An experience in Infra / DevOps is a plus
- Hands-on : Maintaining a strong technical vision while remaining very operational.
- Business-Oriented: Make the bridge between the tech and product, while keeping the end users in mind
- Calm: Remain calm and collected under pressure, providing steady and reassuring leadership to the Tech team and executive committee.
