- Develop visual concepts and ideas based on briefs, ensuring they meet the project’s objectives and resonate with the target audience
- Manage visual design projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
- Prioritize tasks effectively to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Ensure all visual content meets quality standards and adheres to brand guidelines
- Work closely with designers, art directors, copywriters, and other creative professionals to develop cohesive visual solutions
- Provide guidance and support to junior visualisers and other team members, helping them develop their skills and improve their work
- Share best practices, techniques, and industry trends with the team to enhance overall team performance
Qualifications:
Experience: 5 - 7 years in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality visual content for various media.
