Job Details
Responsibilities:
1.和叙事策划，玩法策划，系统策划，美术，程序等部门一起配合产出和交付高质量，有沉浸感的游戏体验； 2.搭建，监督遵从和优化关卡制作流程和管线； 3.负责根据玩法体验和叙事的需求设计，配置和落地关卡和大世界（3D）中的建筑和场景空间构成。如：线性关卡和整个区域地图规划和配置； 4.制作关卡和玩法原型，根据任务流程将玩法元素，谜题挑战和叙事元素自然的融入到游戏的场景空间中； 5.负责玩家在关卡中行进的整体体验，包括玩法内容的投放节奏，关卡玩法的易用性和传达； 6.迭代，测试， 体验分析和BUG检查； 7.根据反馈（主策，测试用户）形成新的迭代需求； 8.持续保持对行业中强关卡玩法产品的敏锐度和熟悉度。Requirements:
1.3年以上LD工作经验；至少作为LD（资深or以上）参与过一款完整上线的3A项目； 2.能够用口头和文档的方式进行高效沟通； 3.优秀的视觉传达能力：绘图，3D软件，视频剪辑； 4.熟练使用BLENDER, UE4，PHOTOSHOP, ILLUSTRATOR等关卡设计和制作必须的绘图和3D建模工具； 5.能将抽象的概念和设定具象化符合游戏核心玩法的关卡体验； 6.对用户游玩体验有基础认知并且有意愿持续关注； 7.具备想象力和创造力； 8.具备优秀的问题解决能力，有灵活有创意解决游戏中难题的能力。Similar Jobs
