Senior Level Designer for a global, realistic 3A action game based in Shenzhen, China. Responsibilities include collaborating with various teams (narrative, gameplay, systems, art, programming) to deliver immersive game experiences; establishing, overseeing, and optimizing level design processes and pipelines; designing, configuring, and implementing levels and open-world environments (3D) based on gameplay and narrative requirements; creating level and gameplay prototypes; integrating gameplay elements, puzzles, and narrative elements naturally into game spaces; ensuring a positive player experience, managing gameplay content pacing, and ensuring ease of use and clarity; iterative testing, analysis, and bug fixing; iterating on designs based on feedback; and maintaining awareness of industry-leading level design practices. Requires 3+ years of LD experience with a completed 3A game project as a senior LD or above.
