We're looking for an experienced Senior Manager, FP&A to join our finance team. Reporting to the Senior Director, FP&A you'll be responsible for:
- Evaluate the end-to-end headcount management cycle (Adaptive Planning to Workday HCM to Greenhouse recruiting and back to Adaptive Planning). You will need to identify process improvements, system limitations, bring forth solutions and propose changes that improve this cycle.
- Analyze current FP&A processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement starting with headcount management and moving to CAPEX, IUSW, expense management and other areas.
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies to enhance the accuracy, speed, and quality of financial reporting and analysis with support from their respective owners.
- Create detailed process documentation and standard operating procedures
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in FP&A.
- Experience with Adaptive Planning, Workday HCM and Netsuite architectures.
- Experience managing a large-scale headcount process and processes that allow reporting and reconciliation of headcount and expenses.
- Experience with financial planning, analysis, and operational processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
