Coupa is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager Partner Ecosystem for ANZ to drive the success and growth of its Consulting, Implementation & Advisory (CI&A) Partner Program across Australia and New Zealand. This role focuses on developing strategic partnerships, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and aligning with ANZ Sales Leadership to increase Annual Contract Value (ACV). The ideal candidate will have experience in the enterprise software landscape and a proven track record of working with and driving results from consulting and implementation partners to ensure successful deal closures.
Must have:
  • 5-7 years experience selling enterprise software or channel development.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong relationship/team building and account management.
  • Leadership qualities and ability to work in a team.
Good to have:
  • Background in channel and partner development, sales, marketing, or account management.
  • Understanding of the enterprise software landscape.
  • Experience managing or working with Consulting, Implementation and Advisory partners.

The Impact of a Sr. Manager Partner Ecosystem at Coupa:

Coupa Software is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join the Partner Organization as the ANZ Senior Manager Partner Ecosystems to drive the success and growth of our partner ecosystem across Australia and New Zealand within our Consulting, Implementation & Advisory (CI&A) Partner Program. This role will focus on developing and managing strategic partnerships, working closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with the ANZ Sales Leadership to drive incremental Annual Contract Value (ACV) through the CI&A partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the enterprise software landscape, proven experience in managing or working with Consulting, Implementation and Advisory partners, and a track record of driving partners to positively influence sales, leading to larger, faster, and more successful deal closures.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage, coach, and support the partner ecosystem and Coupa sales teams within the region, ensuring joint sales motions and effective communication.
  • Lead regional business development efforts and joint account planning for partners and Coupa sales.
  • Develop annual business plans with partners, including pipeline growth, and conduct quarterly business reviews for goal alignment.
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with partner executives and sales teams, and coordinate shared PR and marketing activities.
  • Serve as the primary contact for partners, coordinate new business activities, manage deal registration, partner enablement, and partner communications, and oversee partner onboarding.

What You Will Bring to Coupa:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with a background in channel and partner development, sales and marketing or account management.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong relationship/team building and account management skills.
  • Leadership qualities that reflect a self-motivated individual with the ability to work as part of a team.
  • 5 to 7 years’ experience selling enterprise software directly to end customers and/or channel development / strategic alliance experience
