Job Description

The Senior Operations Coordinator, Sales and Service in Israel, supports the Sales and Service Operations team by driving growth through strategic initiatives, automation, and data analysis. Responsibilities include providing daily support to Sales, Delivery, and Service teams; facilitating process optimizations; creating and maintaining operational dashboards and reports; collating key business analytics; managing weekly field updates; identifying process/tool enhancements; collaborating with stakeholders; reviewing customer experience trends; supporting various sales operations teams; creating business automation solutions; managing key business projects; managing customer communication platforms; and executing system enhancement requests. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL, and experience in operations within a technology or energy-related field.

What to Expect

As an Senior Operations Coordinator you will support the Sales and Service Operations team in Israel, which is focused on driving sales, delivery and service growth through strategic initiatives, automation, best practices, standardisation and optimisation as well as data analysis and strategy building. You will play a key role in streamlining internal and external communications, collaborating with relevant teams and stakeholders to address growth challenges, and partnering with the team on projects that is beneficial to our customers and teams across the market.

What You’ll Do
  • Providing day to day support for Sales, Delivery and Service and supporting teams
  •  Facilitate continuous improvements by identifying and implementing process optimisations across our SSD teams
  • Create, maintain and optimise operational dashboards and reports for field teams and leadership
  • Collate key business analytics to support and guide local field teams
  • Manage a weekly field update showcasing updates, process, system & product enhancements/changes
  • Identify potential enhancements to our processes / tools that will facilitate growth.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to keep up to date and accurate.
  • Review and summarise weekly customer experience trends for key stakeholders’ revision and action
  • Support various teams within the sales operations (order operations, fleet & allocation, inside sales and registration) umbrella with daily output specifically during peak sales & delivery volume
  • Provide support to the business for key operational tasks when required
  • Create business automation solutions to drive operational efficiencies·Manage key business projects end to end
  • Manage customer communications platform logic to ensure automated communications are operating
  •  Manage and execute system enhancement requests from key internal stake holders

What You’ll Bring
  • Must be detail oriented, possess strong analytical skills and have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  •  Evidence of strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  •  Ability to work across multiple platforms and systems, must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and SQL
  •  Driven and enthusiastic with a genuine interest and passion for Tesla’s mission
  •  Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, or Computer Science
  •  2+ years of experience in operations roles, preferably in a technology or energy-related field
  •  Strong desire to take initiative, eager to learn, result-oriented and creative thinker.
  •  Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, effectively multitask, prioritize tasks and processes, and track findings and deliverables
  •  Serve as liaison to, and work cross-functionally with other teams, including Sales, Logistics, and Service
  •  Develop expertise on all internal processes and tools and serve as the process expert for your team
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs.
  •  Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain cooperative cross-functional relationships.
  • Valid driver’s license in the country in which you are applying and an acceptable and safe driving record.
  • Good level of English and local language, both oral and written
