The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Define the strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for our Application programming interface (API) experience. Define key success metrics and leverage analytics to drive business outcomes.
- Define customer user journeys across first- and third-party service producers.
- Conduct market research and customer analysis to understand the needs and issues.
- Gather product requirements to define the data models for first- and third-party service producers. Lead prioritized execution by collaborating with engineering and other cross-function partner teams.
- Be the customer and subject-matter-expert accountable for the success of the early customer and design partner engagements.
