Job Description

Luxoft seeks a Senior Requirements Engineer for its Automotive division in Bucharest, Romania. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements from stakeholders, analyzing and validating their feasibility, developing and maintaining specifications and traceability matrices, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting reviews and managing requirement changes. The role requires ensuring compliance with standards like ISO 26262 and AUTOSAR, participating in system design, and providing support during testing. The ideal candidate possesses strong experience with in-vehicle platform software, BSP, hypervisors, and Qualcomm technologies, and is proficient in ASPICE and V-Model.

Responsibilities

Gather and document requirements from stakeholders, including customers, engineers, and project managers.

Analyze and validate requirements to ensure they are clear, complete, and feasible.

Develop and maintain requirements specifications and traceability matrices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.

Conduct requirements reviews and obtain stakeholder approvals.

Manage changes to requirements and ensure proper documentation and communication.

Ensure requirements comply with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 26262, AUTOSAR).

Participate in system design and architecture discussions to ensure requirements are met.

Provide support during testing and validation phases to ensure requirements are verified.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in requirements engineering.
