Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms.
- 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- 2 years of experience building developer tools (e.g., compilers, automated releases, code design and testing, test automation frameworks).
- Experience using data science or statistical methods to derive insights and solve issues.
- Experience with AI/ML-powered feature development and productization.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working on open source projects and in open source ecosystems.

Responsibilities
- Build AI/ML solutions and tools into development workflows and platforms.
- Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs to support AI-powered features.
- Evaluate AI models by designing and utilizing custom evaluation sets focused on quality, coherence, and safety assessment.
- Develop and integrate User Interface (UI) components to surface Artificial Intelligence (AI) insights and suggestions within developer tools.
- Contribute to the development of tools and infrastructure that lower the barrier to entry for AI/ML development within the organization.
