To support our expanding portfolio of life-saving technologies, we are looking for a Pricing Specialist, based in Warsaw, Poland, to help us streamline pricing processes, enhance pricing strategy, and ensure excellence in commercial execution.
You will play a critical role in aligning pricing models with both customer expectations and internal performance goals, while contributing to the transparency and efficiency of our commercial operations.

Your Main Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and maintain scalable and efficient pricing processes that align with market dynamics, customer expectations, and internal business goals.
- Provide accurate and timely pricing and discount information to internal stakeholders and external partners, fostering trust, transparency, and strategic alignment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Finance, Product Management, and Supply Chain to support pricing decisions, address inquiries, and contribute to commercial planning.
- Monitor pricing performance and identify optimization opportunities through qualitative insights and data analysis, supporting margin resilience and pricing effectiveness.
- Maintain well-organized, up-to-date pricing documentation and workflows to support operational efficiency, audit readiness, and compliance.
- Translate pricing data and trends into actionable insights to guide decision-making and contribute to financial forecasting and strategic initiatives.
- Support continuous improvement in pricing strategy by identifying patterns, benchmarking best practices, and aligning pricing approaches with evolving customer and market needs.
- Respond to pricing-related questions and resolve discrepancies quickly and professionally, ensuring a high standard of internal and external service.
What We Are Looking For- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Several years of experience in pricing, commercial planning, business analytics, or a similar field, ideally in a technology, healthcare, or telecom environment.
- Good analytical skills and the ability to work with market and internal data to support pricing-related decisions.
- Familiarity with pricing processes, forecasting, and business case support; experience in cross-functional projects is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks while working on multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel; experience with financial or ERP systems such as SAP is an advantage.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, QlikView, or Tableau is a plus; basic knowledge of SQL is beneficial.
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal, with a collaborative working style.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Polish is a plus.
