Responsibilities Design and develop core virtualization solution to enable immersive XR (Extended Reality) experiences on PICO VR devices. Implement CPU, VirtIO and GPU virtualization techniques, including virtio-gpu for current and next-generation of silicon products collaborating with global team of engineers. Develop and adapt the Android emulator environment, including integration of various modules related to the emulator, including updates and troubleshooting various modules. Analyze and resolve graphics-related issues, ensuring defensive, compatible, reusable, and low-footprint solutions. Optimize the emulator, as well as validation and new features design.

Qualifications Must have a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: Debugging and fixing code issues, segmentation faults, memory corruption, and deadlocks in multithreaded code; Writing technical documents explaining and detailing code implementation and requirements; Following defined development processes for code development, code review, and bug fixes; Developing automated and unit test cases for new or existing features; Developing and debugging code using C++ using common design patterns in a production environment; and Developing code using Java or Objective-C on android or iOS platforms.
