Job Description
The Senior Technical Lead/Technical Architect will be responsible for understanding and providing solutions for complex software application development problems. They need to produce MVP's of solutions based on requirements, guide other engineers, and communicate clearly with engineers and leaders. They should be confident, measured, and capable of engaging different audiences. The role requires a strong back-end developer with experience in Python, data engineering, SQL, and API development, particularly with FastAPI. The ideal candidate should have experience in analytical and operational systems and be a masterful software developer.
Must have:
- Strong Python development skills
- Intermediate to advanced data engineering skills
- Intermediate to advanced SQL skills
- Strong and efficient API development skills, especially with FastAPI
- Advanced experience in application development
- Generally masterful software developer
- Kafka experience
- Working knowledge of Snowflake
- Experience with job automation such as Control-M, Airflow, etc.
Good to have:
- Java development experience
- Java API development experience
- Spring, Springboot experience
- Dbt (Data Build Tool) experience
- Javascript experience
- Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning engineering experience
- Machine learning model implementation via Python
