We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you'll be essential to ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both our candidates and hiring teams. You'll manage a high volume of interview scheduling and logistics, working with various disciplines across multiple time zones.
Scheduling and Logistics
- Coordinate and schedule a high volume of Zoom screens and onsite interviews for various roles.
- Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to manage calendars and confirm interview times.
- Arrange candidate travel and accommodations, ensuring a seamless experience.
Candidate Communication
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders to confirm details and provide timely updates.
Onboarding Coordination
- Initiate the new hire onboarding process, ensuring all necessary paperwork and systems access are completed promptly.
- Work with IT and other departments to ensure new employees have the equipment, software, and access they need on their first day.
Tools, Systems, and Administrative Support
- Effectively utilize tools such as Lever, Outlook, and Zoom to manage scheduling, communication, and candidate data.
- Maintain and update candidate information within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Lever.
- Support the recruiting team with administrative tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruiting coordination experience in a dynamic, high-volume, customer-focused enviornment
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively across different time zones and with multiple disciplines.
- Prior experience with an ATS (ideally Lever), Outlook, and Zoom is required.
- A basic understanding of different visa types and immigration processes.
- A strong commitment to providing a positive candidate experience.
