Must have:
  • Minimum 3 years' recruitment experience

About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll lead end-to-end hiring for some of the most innovative startups and scaleups in the world. Your focus will be on sourcing exceptional talent, delivering an outstanding candidate experience, and serving as a trusted partner to our clients. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, brings a process-driven mindset, and is excited to use cutting-edge tools and insights to build hiring strategies. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining high client satisfaction while supporting business growth through efficient, people-first recruitment and talent management.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and engage top talent across multiple platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

  • Conduct in-depth screening interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and fit.

  • Manage and optimise recruitment pipelines through applicant tracking systems.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and recruitment strategies.

  • Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor in their talent journey.

  • Ensure a seamless and inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

  • Support onboarding activities including background screening and training coordination.

  • Monitor recruitment performance metrics to improve outcomes and inform strategy.

  • Stay compliant with relevant employment laws and uphold best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in recruitment, preferably within a remote or tech-driven environment.

  • Experience recruiting for marketing and/or tech roles is highly advantageous.

  • Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships through trust, service, and delivery.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.

  • Deep knowledge of AI tools and emerging technologies in recruitment—you stay current on industry trends and best practices.

  • Experience optimising recruitment processes that improve efficiency and drive better outcomes.

  • Highly organised with a strong ability to prioritise and manage multiple roles simultaneously.

  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent results.

  • Commitment to ethical recruiting practices and inclusive hiring.
