Product Integration Specialist

At ISS Market Intelligence, we're expanding our team to meet this need and are looking for a Product Integrations Specialist to support the delivery of our data through APIs, cloud services, and CRM integrations.

What You’ll Do

• Gain a deep understanding of our data sets and product offerings.

• Support customer onboarding for our API and cloud-based solutions.

• Collaborate with clients to map and integrate our data into their CRM systems.

• Define requirements for CRM and customer-specific integrations.

• Partner with Product and Development teams to share feedback, report issues, and suggest improvements.

• Promote product features and benefits to help sales and account teams articulate value to clients.

• Maintain and enhance internal documentation and data guides.

• Serve as the go-to contact for JIRA-related updates and tracking.

• Monitor and analyze user traffic across product and business unit web pages.

• Assist in driving product roadmap execution to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.

• Collaborate across product teams, scrum teams, and business units to support delivery goals.

• Partner with Sales to ensure a smooth process from lead to onboarding and beyond.

• Work closely with Support to troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues.

What You Bring

• A degree in Computer Science, MIS, Economics, Finance, or a related analytical field.

• 2–5 years of experience with web or marketing applications and database structures.

• Experience with at least one major CRM platform and its core features; knowledge of multiple CRMs is a plus.

• 1–3 years of professional experience using JIRA.

• A passion for product management and a desire to contribute to a dynamic software development environment.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, customer-first mindset.

• A knack for solving analytical problems with curiosity and precision.

• Attention to detail and the ability to adapt to evolving client needs and priorities.

• Bonus points for SaaS certifications or experience in the financial services space.

This role is based in our Red Bank, NJ office with a hybrid schedule requiring 3 days in office each week and 2 days remote.

Base salary: The New Jersey expected base pay range is $95,000 - $105,000 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and level of education.
