As a hands-on technical leader, you will guide a highly talented software team in building reusable, scalable, and robust solutions on our spatial computing platform. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, technical expertise, and the ability to lead by example, setting high standards for execution, quality, configuration control, and documentation practices. This role demands a seasoned expert with a strong background in the public and military sectors, capable of handling advanced software development projects and technologies. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader who is not only proficient in program management but also deeply understands the technical nuances of the projects they oversee. The Senior Technical Program Manager should be a highly skilled and flexible program manager to oversee multiple Department of Defense (DoD) programs.
