YOU WILL:  

• Shoot and edit engaging short-form video content designed for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. 

• Collaborate with a creative team to brainstorm, plan, and execute innovative video concepts that resonate with a gaming audience. 

• Be on-camera talent, confidently delivering scripts and showcasing your personality to engage and entertain viewers. 

• Utilize professional equipment, including high-end DSLR/mirrorless cameras, to produce visually stunning content. 

• Apply advanced postproduction techniques using tools like Adobe Premiere or DaVinci Resolve to deliver polished, high-quality videos. 

• Stay ahead of social media trends to ensure content remains fresh, relevant, and competitive within the gaming space. 

• Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize future content strategies. 

YOU ARE:  

• Based in the Bay Area and available for in-person shoots and collaboration. 

• Confident and charismatic on camera, capable of engaging audiences with your presence and delivery. 

• Experienced in short-form video creation, with a portfolio showcasing content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts. 

• Skilled in filmmaking and production, with hands-on experience using professional cameras and lighting setups. 

• Proficient in video editing, with expertise in Adobe Premiere and/or DaVinci Resolve. 

• Creative and detail-oriented, with strong writing skills to support preproduction and storytelling. 

• A passionate gamer who understands the culture and can connect authentically with the gaming community. 

For roles that are based at our headquarters in Milpitas, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.  

Hourly Salary Range : USD $38-40
