Job Description

The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing daily content plans across all social media channels. This includes scheduling posts, responding to comments to foster engagement, and collaborating with designers to create engaging content. The role requires weekly reporting on engagement and sentiment analysis, competitor monitoring, and performance optimization based on KPIs. Collaboration with various teams (campaign, product, revenue, and business development) is essential to align content with specific objectives and brand collaborations. The ideal candidate will be a passionate gamer, particularly familiar with mobile FPS/shooting games, possess strong analytical skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Must have:

1+ year social media experience
Mobile FPS/shooting game experience
Strong understanding of social media trends
Excellent communication & prioritization skills
KPI-driven & analytical abilities
Team player & collaborative spirit
Passion for gaming & gaming industry knowledge

Job Description

Develop daily content plan for every social media channels, schedule the posting dates, and reply comments to create engagement with the audience
Collaborate with designers to make engaging social media content, including daily quality assurance and progress monitoring
Develop weekly social media reporting by cultivating insights of engagement and sentiments for every content
Make weekly competitor monitoring and benchmarking on social media to understand the competitive landscape
Monitor the performance number of our owned social media channels based on KPI target and optimise the strategy based on results
Coordinate with campaign, product, and revenue team to make the right content based on specific objectives
Collaborate with business development team to make engaging content regarding sponsorship and multiple brand collaborations
Develop content-focused marketing campaign based on social media feedbacks & insights

Job Requirements

Min 1 year experience in any related social media fields
A gamer is a must, especially for mobile FPS/shooting game
Enjoy observing current trends in social media and digital marketing, including in community discussions, trends, and interact with the community
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment; have good communication & prioritization skill
KPI/number oriented, ability to measure social media engagement
Team player and love to interact and dealing with people in the team
Passionate about games with knowledge of the gaming industry
