主要工作职责:
支持销售目标:
在公司政策和要求下,实现设定的重点客户销售额,通过有效的客户管理与服务提高销售业绩。
维护客户关系:
协助建立和维护与重点客户的长期合作关系,提供支持与解决方案,以增强客户忠诚度。
实施销售战略:
在直线经理的指导下,协助制定和执行具体的客户销售战略,明确销售目标与关键绩效指标。
执行品牌活动:
协助组织和推动针对重点客户的品牌推广活动,协调内部资源确保活动的顺利落地,提高品牌知名度。
市场反馈收集:
定期收集和分析客户反馈,掘掘市场变化和客户需求,及时调整销售策略。
跨部门协作:
与市场、销售、财务等部门紧密合作,整合资源落实销售策略,确保公司政策的实施。
编制报告:
准备并提交销售报告,向高级客户经理汇报项目进展及市场动态,为决策提供支持。
