- University graduate with a degree in Computer Science.
- 5+ years of experience in application support or development.
- Proficiency in Windows, Unix, JavaScript and Shell script.
- Experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases.
- Experience in software development in JAVA.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and possess good problem-solving skills.
- 7x24 support operations (including holidays) and non-office hour communication.
- Remedy ticket management to meet HK SLA requirements.
- Report preparation to internal business users.
- Experience with MS-SQL databases.
- Experience with Splunk.
- Exposure to AWS / Azure cloud platforms.
- Solid knowledge in supporting .NET Framework/Java, enterprise architecture.
- Understanding of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD processes and tooling.

Experience with Ms-Sql databases is an advantage.

Understanding of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD processes, tooling, and Docker technology.
