  • Leverage existing marketing campaigns and content from Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Demand Gen, and Enablement teams to create compelling co-selling opportunities.
  • Analyze our partner ecosystem to identify key growth areas, leading conversations with external partner marketing counterparts and managing launch deliverables across marketing stakeholders.
  • Own the partner launch roadmap, including project management and execution of all marketing deliverables.
  • Plan and execute demand-creation activities, building supporting processes for both partner-led and Dialpad-led initiatives.
  • Develop strategic relationships with key partner managers at Google, T-Mobile for Business, and other major partners, becoming an expert on our joint marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams on the scope of work, project timelines, and resource allocation for partner marketing deliverables.
  • Establish data-driven goals and metrics to measure and report on the effectiveness of partner marketing programs.

  • 3-5+ years of partner marketing/demand generation experience, preferably with Google, ISV, or technology partners.
  • Proven experience with B2B omni-channel marketing tactics including social media, digital advertising, website optimization, email marketing, content marketing, PR, and events.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
  • Team-oriented mindset with creativity, adaptability, drive, and strong attention to detail.
  • Data-driven approach with experience analyzing and reporting on program results.
  • Success working in high-growth B2B environments.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with remote teams across multiple global regions.
