Job Summary
This position provides support and program management and serves as a primary contact for NIHUB and internal clients. Leveraging strong administrative, financial management, and analytical skills, this role is responsible for managing and executing client requirements through the development, management, and monitoring of NIHUB programs, projects, trackers, and initiatives.
This role reports to the Administration Manager, with extensive collaboration with HRBPs, internal functions, cross-functional, and potentially cross-affiliate teams to ensure the delivery of business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing, managing, executing, and monitoring requirements from our clients to NIHUB.
Manages the Intercompany Billing process and ensures accurate financial reconciliation, demonstrating accountability for financial integrity.
Tracks and resolves clients' needs and issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
Oversees standardization, governance, and review of data and NIHUB processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Supports continuous improvement efforts by making recommendations for relevant NIHUB processes, tools, and methodologies, and executing key process improvement activities.
Works with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams (HRBPs, functional leaders, etc.) on implementing NIHUB opportunities, holding teams accountable for deliverables and timelines.
Promotes and leverages tools and methods, applying them appropriately to clients' business problems and challenges.
Supports NIHUB activities within the assigned area and works closely with teammates to ensure alignment, effective communication, and accountability.
Collaborate in the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts and monitor actual performance against the budget.
Identify, analyze, and explain significant variances in financial results compared to the budget or previous periods.
Identify and propose improvements to financial processes.
Analyzes P&L statements to provide insights and recommendations for financial optimization, ensuring accountability for financial performance.
Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering high-quality work that meets business objectives.
As directed, performs other related duties of which the above are representative.

Requirements:
Strong accounting knowledge with the ability to analyze and interpret financial statements, including P&L analysis, ensuring accurate and actionable insights.
Ability to understand business needs and proactively offer solutions and alternatives to business users, maintaining accountability for results.
Strong financial and strategic analytical skills and research capabilities. Must be able to compile and analyze quantitative and qualitative information to influence efficient decision-making.
Excellent management and organizational skills, self-motivated, quick learner, able to manage multiple assignments concurrently, and meet deadlines as required, demonstrating accountability for timely and accurate results.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to the audience and build credibility and a strong network within the organization.
Ability to engage strongly with clients/stakeholders, create impact, and win their confidence, holding oneself accountable for client satisfaction.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global matrixed environment, ensuring accountability across teams.
Strong emotional intelligence and demonstrated ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Years of Experience: Three to five years of directly related professional level experience (finance, economics, accounting, business strategy, organizational effectiveness). MUST. Cross-functional and cross-regional experience is desired.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
Language: Advanced English. Fully bilingual, Spanish & English at fluent levels, able to articulate and interact with all levels of management, including verbally, reading, and writing emails.
