We analyse business and market trends to explore new approaches that help our clients make tough choices and surpass the competition. At both the business unit and corporate level, we help organisations with organic enterprise growth, pricing and profitability, shareholder value, and sustainable corporate strategies.Associates at Strategy & Operations are typically high achievers with an Undergraduate or a Master’s degree and an exceptional academic record. Our Associate hires come from a variety of degree disciplines. They will have demonstrated international experience, participation in extracurricular activities and demonstrate the energy, commitment and drive necessary to succeed at Strategy&.
Associates provide support on client assignments that help to develop a strategy and then refocus an organization on making that strategy a reality. This includes generating hypotheses against those issues, structuring & performing analyses, identifying creative but pragmatic options against potential market scenarios, developing conclusions, making strategic recommendations, and then developing plans to operationalize the agreed upon strategy.
On any given project, you might be asked to analyze a company’s costs to identify savings, build a business case to evaluate an opportunity, construct a presentation to demonstrate solutions to client executives, conduct interviews to gather data or research companies to gain external market perspectives. Associates also contribute to other activities in the office; they are often at the forefront of organizing social activities, get involved in pro bono work and attend recruiting events.

About you
A blend of talents and skills is required of successful Associate candidates, including:
An Undergraduate or a Master’s degree from a top-tier university majoring in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Computer/Technology sciences, Business Administration. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
Excellent academic achievement and demonstrated leadership skills. A minimum GPA is 3.5 (out of 4.00) or equivalent.
Real thought leadership, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills (which includes both a quantitative and a qualitative orientation)
Experience acquired through internships or study abroad programs
Flexible, powerful intellect
Strong analytical skills
Creativity and intellectual curiosity
The ability to work independently, while simultaneously being able to forge productive team relationships
