This role focuses on designing and delivering HR transactional processes, ensuring seamless inter-departmental and external collaborations for efficient back-end operations and excellent HR service delivery. Key responsibilities include maintaining data confidentiality and security, developing legally compliant HR policies, and leading the HR Operations team, which includes Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and HRIS. The role involves developing pay structures, managing compensation cycles for new and existing employees, evaluating job positions for salary alignment, and designing company benefit schemes. It also includes managing employee salary updates in the HR system and overseeing employee travel and accommodation services.
