Job Description Summary
- The Change Management Manager will
- Develop, manage and implement specific change management strategies and plans using the CM methodology to support assigned corporate initiatives.
- Define program change objectives and approach.
- Plan and deliver change impact assessment workshops.
- Stakeholder identification, engagement, comms, and metrics.
- Identify change management and project issues as they arise; prepare recommendations to address the issue in a timely manner and implement as appropriate.
- Owns the change plan and execution. Consult with various stakeholders to identify communication needs and gather relevant content for the various communications.
- Develop an effective communication plan.
- Prepare creative, engaging, communications to build awareness of initiatives across the organization and support major change initiatives.
- Support development of consistent branding and marketing efforts for large-scale change projects.
- Develop, manage and implement specific training strategies and plans using the CMO methodologies to support the initiative.
- Using the CMO change management methodologies assess, design, develop, deliver and evaluate training and education needs.
- Design, develop, deliver, coordinate and evaluate the implementation of training as appropriate to support the specific change initiative.
Responsibilities:
- A good understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
- relevant experience in organizational change management.
- Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
