Sr. SW Automation Engineer

Role Description

We are looking for a Senior SW Automation Engineer to join our team and you will report to the Devices QA Manager, Broadband business unit.

Location

Hybrid role – working at 3-4 days a week from our office in Bangalore.

What You Will Be Doing

Work with complex embedded systems

Get automation requirements from peers in manual QA

Design the automation solution, implement it and maintain/improve the solution based on feedback from users.

Develop in the existing automation infrastructure based on Python and improve the infrastructure.

What You Should Have

B.Sc. in computer science or electronics or mathematics/physics.

5+ years of relevant experience in test automation development in Python.

Basic Knowledge in networking (CCNA level).

Experience in design/development in OO methodologies – advantage

Linux knowledge – advantage

Team player, sharing knowledge and striving to achieve team goals.

High level of interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively.

Fluent English – Read, Write, Speak
