Responsibilities:
In collaboration with Corporate Strategy leadership and cross functional teams, drive the development and execution of the strategic planning process including key leadership events such as executive offsites and board meetings.
Creating content, process and structure with senior leaders both internally and externally.
Leading development of strategic presentations and business cases in partnership with the Office of the CEO and leadership team—will play an active role in analyzing data, identifying insights, and designing/drafting strategic focus and priorities.
Strong ability to drive process with senior leaders and keep them moving towards important deadlines.
Create agendas, develop content and foster a pipeline for executive leadership meetings such as weekly management meetings at the highest level, quarterly offsites and board meetings.
Manage execution and following through on key initiatives and takeaways.
Support other enterprise-wide processes and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
5-10 years of strategic planning, process management, chief of staff and/or corporate strategy experience.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Exceptional organization skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with the ability to develop solutions to complex problems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong leadership & decision-making skills.
Mastery of Microsoft products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong process management skills and direct experience of dealing with multiple stakeholders at one time.
High level of discretion and ability to work on confidential projects.
Must be proactive, resourceful, and demonstrate intellectual curiosity.
Exhibit the highest standards of integrity and be pleasant & fun to work with.
Education:
Bachelor's degree required. MBA, Master's degree, or equivalent work experience preferred but not required.

The base pay range for this role is $110,000 - $135,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth.
