The Supply Management Analyst at Tesla will optimize internal fleet and new vehicle supply allocation across EMEA. Responsibilities include ensuring vehicle availability to meet sales goals, optimizing delivery efficiency, generating data-driven insights for vehicle allocation and inventory management, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Demand Planning, Business Analytics, Logistics, Delivery Operations), managing daily operations and continuous improvement, auditing pricing structures, and developing automated solutions using Python and SQL. The role requires strong analytical skills, process optimization expertise, and cross-functional leadership.

The Supply Management Analyst/Specialist is part of the broader Business Planning and Analytics Team within the Sales, Delivery & Service Organization. This role will report to the Fleet & Supply Management team, responsible for the optimization of the internal fleet and the new vehicle supply allocation across EMEA. We are working closely with local markets as problem solvers and support logistics, demand planning and the delivery operation team.

This position is ideal for a talented individual who is passionate about process optimization and has strong analytical skills. You’ll help plan vehicle dispatches while optimizing and implementing innovative systems and tools. As we scale, you'll play a key role in building a consistent operational model and executing large-scale projects, all while enhancing the vehicle delivery experience for both our field teams and customers.

The ideal candidate is a skilled problem solver who can manage competing priorities, work with multiple stakeholders, and identify objectives across diverse interests. We’re looking for someone who is diligent, dedicated, and proactive—leveraging existing resources to deliver results.

Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Use data to generate actionable insights that guide operational decisions. Develop advanced analytical skills, work with large datasets, and help translate data into strategies for improvement.

Customer-Centric Mindset: Bridge the gap between vehicle supply and customer needs, ensuring operational improvements align with customer expectations for a seamless delivery experience.

Process Optimization & Innovation: Drive process improvements to streamline vehicle delivery, refine operations, and apply lean principles for greater efficiency.

Project Management & Large-Scale Initiatives: Lead vehicle dispatch projects from start to finish, coordinating across teams, setting timelines, and ensuring successful delivery on time.

Global Collaboration: Work within a multicultural team, gaining exposure to diverse perspectives and enhancing your communication and collaborative skills to bring innovative solutions to the business.

What You’ll Do
  • Ensure Vehicle Availability: Maintain high vehicle availability to support sales goals, ensuring inventory match with market demand and vehicle allocation
  • Optimize Delivery Efficiency: Drive improvements in vehicle delivery speed and efficiency by analyzing and optimizing vehicle routing processes, reducing lead times
  • Provide Strategic Insights: Generate actionable insights using data to guide decisions on vehicle allocation, inventory management, and supply chain optimization
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Demand Planning, Business Analytics, Logistics, and Delivery Operations to align goals and improve operational performance
  • Manage Daily Operations & Continuous Improvement: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring processes run smoothly while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in workflows, systems, and data accuracy
  • Pricing & Inventory Oversight: Audit and validate pricing structures and manage the vehicle brochure to ensure the correct assortment is available in each market
  • Develop Automation Solutions: Create and implement automated solutions using Python and SQL to improve workflows and increase productivity


What You’ll Bring
  • Proactive & Results-Driven: Self-starter with a strong drive for continuous improvement and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Technical Expertise: Experience with SQL and Python, with hands-on experience building and optimizing operational models. Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to leverage technology for data analysis and reporting
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven experience managing cross-functional projects, with a track record of delivering successful outcomes
  • Process Optimization Expertise: Strong understanding of business processes with an eye for detail, enabling you to identify inefficiencies and improve workflows for better results
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to build strong, productive relationships with stakeholders across various departments, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken) with the ability to clearly convey complex information
